my own worst friend.

of self-torture. Accept

Not the best note for the last day of napowrimo, but an immediate reflection of the mood in which I woke up and thus some razor-edge-of-time reporting. I may yet replace this by something more upbeat.

Actually, I like the beginning..it's extremely honest, and I certainly have felt exactly the same way. I think it does a good job of addressing a common experience...at least for me.
