Glass ...

Inspire Me Thursday's prompt this time is "Glass" – here's my creation (not brand new, I admit, but today's digital modification of an acrylic painting dating back to 2002 that had turned out somewhat like a glass pane):

Cool technique. It would be fun to compare it to the original painting.

I think that would actually be fun to create in glass... not hard to do either if you have the right stuff. Very cool.

Can you post an image of the oeiginal painting? That would be fun to see. Amazing what can be done with digital image manipulation. Reminds me a bit of Canadian painter, Kate Hemenway's work, this one. Google her to take a look at her remarkable work. G and GEM

Thank you all for visiting and commenting. I will post the original painting some time in the near future.

Thanks for your tip about Kate Hemenway, gem, I'll check out her work.

I wanted it to look like the sunlight was shining through, paisley. Steeped in wine red...
